PAGE DETAILS
FINISHING DETAILS - From this link, you'll manage your META TAGS (what the search engines look at and the page description that appears in the "recently updated" box on your home page. You can also clean your text of nasty word processing characters that get inserted when you cut and paste text into the page. You can also selectively PREVIEW or PUBLISH this single page.
PAGE DOCUMENTS - Sometimes you need to add a downloadable document that should appear on a specific page. This tool helps you upload the document and add the link to your page. At the top of this page you'll notice the "Printable Help Files" link as an example of how the tool will look in your finished page.
COOL TOOLS - If you are working on one of our special "Cool Tools" pages such as Staff, Calendar or FAQ, this button will take you to these handy add ons.
EDIT YOUR PAGE CONTENT
HEADLINE - The page headline is displayed at the top of pages in a larger, title font. Not only do you tell your visitor that they've arrived on the correct page, you also encourage the search engines to understand what your page is about.
MAIN CONTENT - As you can imagine, the main content includes the page text and images that make up a page. Enter your content into the WYSIWYG text box, add images, add links, format the text.
OPTIONAL SIDEBARS - Your page automatically makes room for the sidebars only if you've added content in these WYSIWYG text boxes. If you leave them empty, the page ignores the space and formats your main content appropriately.
OPTIONAL BOTTOM CONTENT - Any information added to this text box is displayed at the bottom of your page. This section is often used to give special copyright notices (for photos or graphics) and disclaimers or policy statements.
SUBMIT CHANGES - Your content is only saved by clicking this button.
