Cool Tools

Your website builder's job is to make your website easy to manage.  We've created the Cool Tools so you can include standard web content without having to format or manage the data alone.  These are standard web offerings that make your process easier.  You don't HAVE to use the prebuilt tools but they'll speed up your process and get you back to real life soon.  These are standard web offerings that make your process easier. 

Any page that offers Cool Tool content will have a COOL TOOL button at the top of an editor page.  Click the button to go directly to the manager or simply scroll to the bottom of that editor page.

Some of the Cool Tools have fully functional editors and others are designed for simple quick additions.  We're including more help pages for each of these standard Cool Tools. 

Standard Cool Tools

• Home Page - Choose to include handy automatic content builders (News, Recently Updated)
  
  
• Store - Add your inventory and take orders from your website (requires a payment processor)
  
  
• Staff - Perfect way to add your Board of Directors, Staff, Officers or other list of principals.
  
  
• News - Share your business's news in an effective format.  Use for press releases, website specials or other timely information.
  
  
• Photo Album - Organize your photos in a visitor friendly presentation.

• FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions answer the questions you WISH your visitors would ask.  Use this tool to create and organize your FAQ's without having to format the page.
  
  
• Blog - While you can always choose to use a third party blog such as BlogSpot, your website builder has a blog builder.  Choose whether and how to allow replies.  Your site builder will create an RSS/XML feed for you. 
  
  
• Calendar - This simple calendar offers basic events additions in an attractive monthly presentation.
  
  
• Documents - Organize all your website documents or use this function to upload additional tools to your website.  Great alternative to FTP sites.
  
  
• Newsletter - post your regular newsletters online and organize by date. 
  
  
• Guestbook - Encourage your visitors to leave their comments.  All guestbook entries must be approved by you before they appear on the website!
  
  
• Contact Page - Every website needs a contact page but only you know what kind of contact you'll allow.  Our contact page Cool Tool offers standard presentation and/or a simple contact form with email function.
  
  
• Links - If you want to share related links with your visitors, create a Links Page formatted and organized to be a helpful addition to your website.
